I've constantly adored old Hollywood allure, so when I'm doing celebrity main street make-up, pictures and movies from the 1920s to the 1950s and past are my motivation. I'm fixated by how skin used to show up in highly contrasting photography and under HMI film-studio lights: obscured, delicate centre, marvellous, glowing. However, presently that we're in the advanced time of top quality when my celebrities walk celebrity main street, their voyage starts in sunlight — and finishes in HD. It's so unforgiving. It's a megapixel, super pore, uber bad dream circumstance, and shows things you can't see with the bare eye.
